This is no gimmick:  Alere Little Feather is really Native American!  She is originally from the Shinnecock Indian Reservation in Long Island, NY where she was taught the history and culture of her people.  In 2002, Alere started training at the IWA Cruel School of Professional Rasslin' under trainer, Rapid Fire Maldonado.  Despite being small, Alere is proving to the world that she can be as tough as the others and hold her own in the ring.   She proved her toughness on Sat Oct, 9, 2004, in Sciota PA, when she won the 3rd Annual WXW Women's Elite 8.  Outside of wrestling, Alere enjoys camping and anything realated with the Buffy the Vampire Slayer series and Angel (Buffy series character) .
